I have issues digesting sugar and have been using a very awful tasting electrolyte. I love this one, sugars I can digest. Great flavour that doesn't overwhelm. My tummy feels great. Really enjoying this. Have used it on some long hot rides with no cramping or issues.

I haven't been in good health for about a year, and have just had surgery to correct the problem that had been causing frequent bouts of intense nausea. During the long months preceding the surgery, when I sometimes became dehydrated because the nausea disinclined me to drink as much as I should have, I longed to be able to find an electrolyte drink that wasn't loaded with sugar, as is the one brand of electrolytes that I and most people here are familiar with. I cam across an ad for Edge Electrolytes, investigated further, and bought some a few weeks before my surgery - finding it much more to my liking than the other stuff. I still need it, as I am unable to eat or drink very much at present, until my GI tract is reconditioned to the digestive process, and I am extremely grateful that I have Edge Electrolytes on hand, and can use them without hesitation.

My naturopath is trying to help me to take my key essential minerals as I am very sensitive to lots of things. Slowly slowly I am now tolerating Edge and I like it that there are no fillers and additives, just pure goodness from the sea. I really love that it is naturally derived. And being a powder is great as I can dose it according to my requirements. I highly recommend these electrolytes.
