I started on a carnivore diet and i need electrolytes for essential minerals my body requires, it helps my basic muscle function. I'm not a fan or a user of salt. Edge does not taste salty. Not actually sure what it tastes of but I like it and it is doing me a world of good. One wee scoop in my 1.25 litre of water is all I need for the day.
